RIGHT OF RETURN
You can cancel and return your orders within 14 days of receipt. Simply fill out the return form and enclose it in the package.

Averust does not cover return shipping costs. We do not offer exchanges, store credit, coupon codes or other alternatives. Refunds are always made to the original payment method.

If you need to return an item because it was delivered defective, we will review this on a case-by-case basis and refund the return shipping costs.
Please make sure you get proof of postage and keep it safe!
Items that have been significantly worn or washed will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
The invoice amount will always be refunded to the payment method used for the order.
Processing a return can take up to 7 business days.
